At Fair Shot, our vision is that if someone with a learning disability wants to work, they can. This isn't today's reality. The unemployment rate is too high, despite 86% of unemployed adults with learning disabilities stating they wish to work.
We’re breaking down barriers and challenging misconceptions by providing hands-on training, workplace readiness, employer coaching, and real paid job opportunities for young adults with learning disabilities.
Through our Hospitality Training Programme at our Covent Garden Café, and Employment Programme, we are demonstrating that for us and our partners, neuroinclusion isn’t just a promise, it’s a practice: creating sustainable pathways to meaningful employment for adults with learning disabilities.
